Specialist in Neurodivergence: Autism, ADHD, Dyspraxia, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dysgraphia

Specialist Psychotherapy Services in Limerick and Online

I am deeply passionate about supporting the mental health of neurodivergent individuals. With a personal understanding of the challenges faced by those with Autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental conditions—having been diagnosed with combined-type ADHD as an adult—I bring lived experience to my practice. My therapy space is accredited as Autism Friendly by ASIAM, and I provide a safe, inclusive environment for all, including the LGBTQ+ community.

I specialise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), focusing on helping clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Additionally, I offer Psychoeducation Therapy for adolescents, empowering them to understand their neurodivergence positively and develop effective coping strategies.

My therapy room is designed for comfort and flexibility, featuring adjustable lighting and sound to meet each client’s needs. It is wheelchair accessible and service dog-friendly, ensuring an inclusive environment for all. The photos on this website highlight the welcoming atmosphere of the space.

In addition to my therapeutic services, I have developed and delivered a one-day training course, “Neurodiversity in Therapy,” recognised by IACP for 6 CPD points. This course is tailored for mental health professionals, helping them better understand and support neurodivergent individuals. The course has been successfully delivered to organisations such as Pieta House, receiving excellent feedback.
