This will help you identify thinking that may not be accurate and learn how this effects you physically and affects how you act. Brief solution focused therapy can help in identifying and clarifying your goals and to come up with solutions to help you plan for change. This therapy focuses on the solutions rather than the problems and explores how your life might be different if your symptoms or problems where gone or reduced. Working with your strengths and resources this therapy can provide lasting change.
