I am deeply passionate about supporting the mental health of neurodivergent individuals. Diagnosed with combined-type ADHD in adulthood, I understand firsthand the challenges of navigating life as a neurodivergent person. This lived experience, combined with my specialised training, allows me to provide affirming, tailored therapy in a safe, inclusive environment.

My therapy space is accredited as Autism Friendly by ASIAM, featuring:
Adjustable lighting & sound for sensory comfort
Wheelchair accessibility and service-dog-friendly policies
A calm, welcoming atmosphere designed for all clients

Training, Public Speaking & Professional Development

Public Speaker & Conference Presenter – I deliver expert-led talks on neurodivergence, mental health, and inclusive therapy, including speaking engagements at professional conferences and events.
Radio Contributor – Regularly featured on Limerick’s Live 95 radio, discussing topics related to neurodiversity, mental health, and therapy.
CPD-Accredited Trainer – I developed and deliver the CPD-accredited training course “Neurodiversity in Therapy” (IACP, 6 CPD points), equipping mental health professionals with the knowledge to better support neurodivergent clients. This course has been delivered to Pieta House and other organisations, receiving excellent feedback.
